had booked a 15day park and stay but car broke down on way to hotel arrived at hotel in breakdown truck but got no help from staff and was made to still pay for my parking even though my car was not on site for the duration very dissaponted no offer was made by hotel to reduce my charge also bar is devoid of atmosphere with strange opening times for food etc otherwise not to bad but i dont think ill stay again
