General Information

How does airport hotel and parking work? – If you take advantage of a hotel with parking deal, the procedure for parking your car is simple, although it can vary from hotel to hotel. The general idea, however, is the same for all hotels so it is not important to know exactly what to do before you arrive. Hotel reception staff will be happy to assist you when you check in. Stay on Return – (Where you book an 8 or 15 day package but stay overnight on your return back to Gatwick) is available at all hotels. Simply park up outside the hotel and proceed to check in. Reception staff will then be able to tell you exactly what to do. If you wish to stay on your return to Gatwick and leave your car in the hotel car park first then follow the same procedure and let hotel reception staff know that you have arrived with your car.

Will I need to leave my keys with the hotel? – Depending on the policies of the hotel at which you have booked, you may be required to leave your car keys whilst you are away.
