"This was our first time using the Arora Hotel and it was great. The room was nice and large with everything we needed. The location was great for the town and the airport. It was very easy to park and the shuttle bus was perfect although it does need pre-booking in check-in. We will definitely be using all these services again as it made the airport trip so much easier. "

"These were excellent. I generally base this on our waiting times (assuming no damage, etc !!) and the arrival wait was 5 mins maximum, mainly because we parked slightly back from where they suggested. On our return the car was there before we could even walk to it, so brilliant punctuality."

"Other than the roadworks that are going on around Gatwick Airport the Meet & Greet service was very convenient, drivers arrived within the time-frame stated both on pick up and drop off of car. Would definitely recommend and use this service again."

"Depsite M23 issues , arrived ok and was impressed all the way from entry to parking up to return from Holiday. Front desk informative and drivers very helpful with with baggage and information for return pick up Would use again for sure"
