A newly refurbished, traditional and characteristic 4 star hotel located just 7 minutes from Gatwick Airport. On-site parking available with Gatwickreservations.com. 24-hour taxi shuttle to and from both terminals.
Great hotel with excellent value for money, some excellent restaurants offering a variety of foods at a wide variety of prices to match all budgets. Reception service is poor, there are lots of people checking in and out and collecting cars at all times of the day but the service was slow with not enough people available to deal with all the people. Taxi service to airport booked by hotel is poorly arranged with taxi drivers taking anyone there whether they have booked or not leaving you to have to book again as they are by booking only. Reception staff do not seem to be able to arrange the simplest of things.
