The hotel is not far from Gatwick , an established hotel with little recent investment. They have just ceased shuttle service and so taxi costs are extra and can be expensive. Note that most taxi firms are not allowed to collect from terminal but from multistory car park,make sure you get card from taxi on way out and confirm pick up point. The Terminal approved taxi fare is over double the cost of alternatives.
