Regular shuttle buses run between the hotels listed below and the North and South terminals at London Gatwick Airport.
You will need to allow at least 20-40 minutes (in some cases) to reach your terminal as the shuttle may make additional stops along the way. Passenger luggage loading and offloading time is not accounted for below. Shuttle times are intended as a guide only.
From your hotel to Gatwick Airport
When you check-in to your hotel book your place on the shuttle for the following morning. The reception staff will be able to answer any queries you might have about the shuttle service.
From Gatwick Airport to your hotel
On your return to Gatwick follow the signs from the Arrival Hall out to the shuttle pick-up points which are located outside the terminal. Hotel shuttles are clearly marked and easily identifiable.
The Sofitel and Hilton hotels are connected to the North and South Terminals respectively and do not require a shuttle transfer. The North and South Terminals are connected to each other via a free automated monorail service that runs every few minutes with a journey time of approximately 2 minutes.
